Fax To Email Service

For business people who are on the go constantly, a fax to email service is something that is a necessity. Important documents can be received using this service.
Since it is e-mail based, a customer can access the documents from virtually anywhere in the world. The way fax to e-mail works is that a customer will sign up for the service.
He or she will be issued a fax number that is directly related to his or her email address. When people send this person a fax, the material goes to a server instead of a second fax machine.
While it is in this server it is encoded into a PDF format and sent to the e-mail address of the recipient. The process works backwards as well.
Using software the user can send faxes directly from the PC to another person's fax machine. The e-mail to fax can be tried out for a period of thirty days before any charges are made to the customer's credit card.
The company that is offering the service wants to make sure that its customers are completely happy with the product before they start charging credit cards. Clients can sign up to test this service in about five minutes.
Some personal information such as name, address, and phone number will need to be provided. Also, the site will ask for the credit card information so that if the costumer really enjoys the product they can continue to receive access after the thirty day trial period is over.
If he or she does not wish to continue receiving service after the trial period, it is his or her responsibility to call the company and cancel the service. If the call is not made then it will be assumed that the customer wishes to continue service.
