Fax From Computer

Whether you have a home office or you work away from home, the need to fax documents from time-to-time requires one to have access to a fax machine. You can buy a stand-alone fax machine and try to find a space for it on your already-crowded desk or, you can install some software and fax from computer.
Using your computer as a fax machine is relatively simple. Many new computers come with built-in software that allows you to fax through a simple interface.
You only need way to communicate with the receiving party's computer or fax machine. A DSL line or basic internet connection will suffice.
Using the specially designed software, you can produce a cover sheet and also compose the communication you would like to fax. You can use one of the ready-made fax cover sheets or, you can create and customize a cover sheet to better suit your needs.
In addition to being able to compose a letter in your computer and then fax it and have it able to be printed out in hard copy form, you can also send existing files directly from your computer. Perhaps you need to send a signed document to complete a remote business deal.
